Terms:

Pollen is a fine dust produced by many plants so they can reproduce.
Pollen can be transported by wind or water or insects to other plants. There it fertilises them to make new plants.
As they move from flower to flower, bees are a VERY effective way of spreading pollen. More here

Nectar is a syrupy sugary liquid produced by plants within their flowers. Bees, along with many pollinating insects love nectar. They make it into honey.
​So the plant uses the nectar to attract the bees, who will then spread pollen when they move to the next plant. More here
